Yes! There is no charge and no obligation for our assessments. We are your neighbors, here to help you make informed decisions about your vehicles.

No problem! We’ll provide you with a detailed digital report of everything we found, including photos and recommendations. That report is yours to keep and use however you’d like, whether that means getting a second opinion, handling the repairs elsewhere, or simply keeping it for your records. If you decide you’d like us to take care of the repairs later, we’ll be happy to pick up where we left off.

No. We recommend being there when possible so we can discuss your concerns, collect the keys, and handle any initial approvals. However, our documentation is completely digital, and approvals and payments can all be handled remotely if that’s more convenient for you.

It depends on the repair. Small items like light bulbs and wiper blades can often be taken care of right there. Larger repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Anything that requires draining fluids, including oil changes, is performed at our shop. If that’s the case, we’ll take care of getting your vehicle there and back at no additional cost.

Our mobile services are currently limited to a 6 mile service area, but you’re still welcome to visit us at the shop. We have a secure 24 hour key drop, so you can leave your vehicle with us whenever it’s convenient for you.

We don’t offer waiting appointments, but you’re always welcome to bring your vehicle to us. We can perform the same assessment at the shop that we offer through our mobile service. If you decide to move forward with repairs, you can leave the vehicle with us and pick it up when it’s ready.
